A record-long war and a remarkably short war both come to an end today.
JSF Wins Fourth War PS3
After a record 102 long, grueling turns, the JSF has come out on top for the fourth war on the PS3. The EFEC started out strong, taking many territories in both Russia and the U.S. However, by turn 30, they showed signs of losing their steam, as the JSF and SPZ began to close in on either side. At turn 54, Europe was reduced down to one, single territory, their capital, and the JSF was only three territories away from the 27-territory victory condition. Over the next 50 turns, persistent stalemates plagued all three factions, and little advancements were made. Finally, at turn 93, the JSF obtained the opportunity to attack Paris, and, after an eight-turn attack, finally captured it from the EFEC at the end of turn 101.
EFEC Wins Sixth War Xbox 360
War 6 for the Xbox played out much like War 5: the team which is given the better attacking front against Russia wins. This time, that team was the EFEC, and they blitzed to Moscow in only three turns. The SPZ successfully defended Moscow on assault at turn 4, but it was only delaying the inevitable. The EFEC went on to win all three attack phases in a row, taking the “uncapturable city” in siege mode by 2% in wins.
